How we work

Four steps, in this order, every time.

    01

    Listen

We sit in the quarter first. No programme is designed in an office.

    02

    Design with the community

Local leaders co-write the plan and own half the decisions.

    03

    Run the campaign

Fixed dates, named coordinators, measurable outputs.

    04

    Report it plainly

We share what happened and what we learned, and correct our numbers in the open as they're verified.
